How do I update my information?
Responsible Existence™ does not currently store any customer account information.

Will my email address be sold or shared with any other company?
Responsible Existence™ does not sell or share its customer information in any way including your email address. We value our relationship with our customers and respect our customer’s privacy.

Does responsibleexistence.com store my credit card information?
responsibleexsistence.com does not store any credit card information. During the checkout process, your card number is passed through a secure portal where the card information is encrypted for protection. Upon completion of the transaction, the information is no longer on the responsibleexistence.com database.

We do store your first and last name, your email address and phone number along with your billing and shipping address.

We do not share any of your personal information with any outside third party affiliates or vendors of Responsible Existence™ or Jack Thomasson licensed products.

Ordering

How do I place an order?
To start shopping, simply select the item you wish to add to your cart, fill in the quantities and if applicable, the colors you wish to purchase. Click on the “add to cart” icon and the items will automatically be put into your shopping cart. After adding anything to the shopping cart, you will be shown a product summary page indicating what you have in your shopping cart. Here you can edit your items, reduce or add to the quantities and update the page to reflect the new dollar amounts, continue shopping, or proceed to check out. Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process.

Checking Out


Once you click the “proceed to checkout” button, you will be given a shipping cost for your order. This estimate is based on the weight of the products in your cart. The final shipping cost will be calculated prior to final checkout and is based total order weight.

You may also enter any promotional codes at this time.

You will then be prompted either to log into your existing account using your email address and password or to set up your account by filling out your contact, billing, and shipping information. The system will not display or save any credit card information.

Shipping costs are calculated for you. At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO boxes or to HI or AK.

Payment Processing and Options


Responsible Existence™ accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards or processing through Pay Pal. We cannot accept cash, checks or COD’s.

Responsible Existence™ shopping site is protected by SSL encryption, assuring you a safe and secure online transaction.

Ordering and Shipping Confirmations


Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order, as well as a copy of your receipt and the successful credit card transaction via email.

How can I check the status and track my order?
Our shipping company will be in contact with you via email to provide you with tracking information to check the status of your shipment.

Can I place an order from outside the USA?
At this time, we cannot process orders from customers outside the United States.

What forms of payment do you accept online?
Responsible Existence™ accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards, along with Pay Pal. We cannot accept cash, checks or COD’s.

What if I have a back order?
All items shown on the web site are currently available. They are however, built to order. Lead time for delivery is 4 to 6 weeks. Our shipping will then contact you to arrange delivery.

What if I do not receive my order?
If after tracking your order you are still unable to determine where your order is, please contact us for assistance.

How accurate are the colors shown online?
The colors depicted on the responsibleexistence.com are a close depiction of our colors but may not be an exact rendition. Each individual’s color monitor may interpret the colors differently. We use industry “best practice” methods to try and ensure that the colors display well across many monitors.
