Shipping Options
Hickory Hill Holdings, Inc. ships with a Home Direct Trucking Service.
Our shipping includes 2-person delivery to your location inside the threshold, (up to two flights of stairs), unpacking, debris removal, and set-up limited to 15 minutes. Also included is a fuel sur-charge.
We are currently unable to ship to PO or APO boxes. We intend to increase such options in the future. Shipping rates do not apply to HI and AK.
Shipping Estimates
Shipping can be estimated before the final check out page on our website. After you place all of the items you wish to purchase into your cart, proceed to the check out. A shipping estimator considers the amount of goods and weight you have in your cart.
At the final check out, freight costs will be finalized based on total order weight.
Tracking a Package
After placing your order, you will receive a receipt and confirmation of your order from our shipping company. They will then contact you for a scheduled delivery time.
Returns and Exchanges policy
Hickory Hill Holdings, our manufacturer and our shipping company go to great lengths to ensure packing, inspecting and shipping is done in a manner to which your Trundle Chest will arrive in perfect condition with no damages.
